Custom Home Builder, Developer, Businessman and Florida Native, Paul L. Courchene credits his father's successful building accomplishments for much of his interest and knowledge of residential construction.

Ambitious to continue the family legacy, Paul studied at the University of Florida, Gainesville. In 1985, he joined his father Luc and sister Diane at Courchene Development Corporation to learn all phases of residential construction.

In 1991, Paul was appointed President of Courchene Development Corporation. His focus concentrated on company growth and prosperity through a tradition of trust, exemplary customer service and attention to detail. Paul continues to maintain this vision through open communications, team support and interaction with all Courchene principals. As a Florida Certified General Contractor and Licensed Real Estate Broker, Paul oversees day-to-day operations, in addition to handling sales and plan design, working one-on-one with architects and clients on conceptual stages, and with designers and craftsmen on final finish selections.
