PAUL LUC COURCHENE
Paul appreciated custom design and quality construction at an early age and it was clear that his ambition was to continue his family’s legacy. Paul studied at the University of Florida and, in 1985, joined his family at Courchene Development Corporation. By working closely with clients, designers, architects and contractors, Paul quickly became proficient in all phases of residential construction and instrumental in the business’ success and innovation.

In 1991, Paul was named President of Courchene Development Corporation and his mission became “To build on Courchene’s success by continuing a tradition of trust, exemplary customer service and attention to detail.” As the face of Courchene development, Paul maintains that vision through open communications, a network of the finest designers and craftsmen, and a desire to meet ever increasingly higher standards.

As a Florida certified general contractor and licensed real estate broker, Paul oversees Courchene’s day-to-day operations. He also manages sales and plan design, working one-on-one with architects and clients on conceptual stages, and with designers and craftsmen on final finish selections.

Recognized as a pioneer in homebuilding trends, Paul takes pride in the Courchene reputation for exceptional customer satisfaction. By remaining focused on providing quality with integrity, Paul has established Courchene Development as a leader in ultra-exclusive custom homes that discerning homebuyers are proud to call home.
JANET COURCHENE LITTLE
Janet, a natural promoter, honed her marketing skills at Florida State University. After receiving her Bachelor’s degree, she gained valuable business experience as a professional recruiter for a national company. In 1987, her polished people skills and marketing expertise became an asset for Courchene Development when she joined the family business. Janet, also a licensed real estate broker, committed herself to becoming knowledgeable in all phases of custom construction and worked closely alongside the principals of the rapidly growing company.

Today, as Vice President of Courchene Development, Janet has many responsibilities including managing the financial operations of the company. As client liaison, she excels at building strong customer relationships by stressing the importance of constant communications and teamwork between builder and homeowner. This partnership ensures an enjoyable experience for the client; just one of the many elements that help define the “Courchene difference.”
WILLIAM ROGER OGILBEE
Roger Ogilbee’s impressive career in construction has focused on the entire scope of construction management for commercial and residential development.

A Florida Certified General Contractor, Roger has worked with premier builders on numerous challenging projects throughout Central and South Florida. His thorough knowledge in all aspects of planning, budgeting, estimating and construction are integrated with a keen ability to identify unique market niches and deliver new product in a timely manner.

In 1992, Roger launched a new career with Courchene Development Corporation as Project Superintendent. His adept knowledge of the construction industry, coupled with strong leadership skills, was the perfect compliment to the Courchene family business. Today, Roger serves as Courchene’s Vice President of Construction and a company Principal. A sampling of his vast supervisory responsibilities include the planning and estimating of land development from feasibility through selection, product development, budgeting, scheduling, field supervision and management, and overall customer satisfaction. Focused on providing Courchene Development with continued growth and success, Roger works closely with the Courchene team on all levels to provide exceptional custom homes, which are easily distinguished from all others.
